“Socke” puppies real Royals

Yesterday, 02nd Mai 2015, a little princess was born in the United Kingdom. Proud parents are Kate and William. Also at our place puppies have been born. Our “Socke” (Ch. Himmlisch aus dem Elbe-Urstromtal) had delivered her babies. The proud father is Ch. Jarco of Snowbootbears, a son of our “Merlin” Ch Excalibur aus dem Elbe-Urstromtal. At 11.00 hours in the morning it started and was the first puppy born. At 20.00 hours number 10 was born. The 3rd puppy who got born, a beautiful large bitch, unfortunately was born dead. Off course I have tried everything, by  reanimating her, giving her CPR etc., but nothing helped. It only took a few seconds. She had already been disconnected from the navel cord in mommy her belly and than everything needs to happen very quickly. This unfortunately didn’t happen. However, now we are happy with 6 males and 3 girls. With the males we again have another David and Goliath: 280 grams of birth weight against 430 grams. The little fellow and his little sister are in a good mood and only want to drink from one particular nipple. Talking about picky! Socke is doing well and is very concerned about her children. As soon as one of them peeps and that happens more than once, she turn herself or gets up. Than all the puppies start screaming, because they want their nipple back. Tonight, every 30 minutes this was the case. Due to this I am in a kind of a zombie mode, as you might imagine.
