Peter and Heidi on a heritage tour
‘Peter’ and “Heidi” are already 6 months old and are still experiencing lots of new things. It’s fun to do things together with the two of them. Mum ‘Uschi’ is a bit jealous that she can’t come along.
On 13 September we went to Maaseik for the carriage parade. Lots of people, big horses and carriages. Of course, our two teenagers had to be clean and washed before going out
The weather was great.
‘Peter’ and “Heidi” sniffed the really big horse. Both dogs and horse found it very exciting.
Since the beginning of September, Paul and I have been going to ringcraft class in Echt/NL every Monday evening. The canine club club Roermond/Echt has its club grounds and clubhouse there. The ring training session is starting around 7pm. There, masters and dogs learn what it’s like in the ring at a dog show. I don’t really need any more training after 50 years of shows, but it’s good for ‘Peter’ and ‘Heidi’. Paul is so kind and accompanies me and takes it in turns to train with ‘Peter’ or ‘Heidi’.
Last week, just before World animal Day, a person in a costume came in and handed out treats to the participants. ‘Peter’ and “Heidi” remained relaxed on this occasion too.
