the new Showseason 2017

“Martha” opened the new showseason in style. At the East Anglian Show on sunday 15th january she won the Res-CC out of the Juniorclass. This is something very Special at an englisch Show for a Junior. Judge was Mrs. Jynn Powell (Wookeymill OES)

And “Martha” did even better! At the National & Working Breeds Open Show, she became Best of Breed from the young Judge Claire Jones.

At the special show of the Luxembourg British Sheepdog Club the Frenchman Claude Ritter judged the OES. Nicole Neicken with her “Ostwind aus dem Elbe-Urstromtal” and family Horschler with their “On Top aus dem Elbe-Urstromtal” won the intermediate class and received the CAC.

The most famous and oldest show in the US is the Westminster in New York. Every exhibitor in the USA is dreaming of exhibiting at least once at “The Garden”. In 1979, I had the pleasure of visiting this exhibition as a spectator. It was a very special experience. Robert Kelley and his daughter Nicole bought their “Snowy” from me two and a half years ago (2015). They have made a big commitment to “Never let you go aus dem Elbe-Urstromtal“, ie getting a groomer and a professional handler, to make her the USA Champion. On Sunday in “The Garden” at the Westminster came the crowning moment of the many efforts and commitment: “Snowy” became Best bitch, a very big dream for me as a breeder. I am more than grateful to Robert and Nicole Kelley for representing my kennel in the USA so wonderfully.
