German Winner in Dresden/GER, Mechelen/BEL, Posusje/Bosnia

The Van Bossche family drove to Leipzig, in order to participate in the “German Winner Show”. For the first time in the history of this Show, the title of “German Winner” could be achieved and which authorises and qualifies you, to start in the Champion Class. On Saturday, there was the German Winner and on Sunday a normal CACIB Show was held. Judges for these 2 days where Mr. Teixeira from Portugal and Mrs. Mach from Switserland. Of all judges they are in the top of my Top Ten of judges. Also the Van Bossche family was pleased with them and they had entered their 3 Show Stars. “Floh” the OES male, who has already won so much. “Tobi” alias Firstprizebears King Cole and “Ole”, the 18 months old Blue Firstprizebears Lucky Luke.

During both days,  “Floh” “Multi Ch. Justbecause aus dem Elbe-Urstromtal” became Best Of Breed and ended umongst the last 6 of Group 1. Both their Beardies where also succesfull en became 2x Best Of Breed.

2nd day in Leipzig, Mrs. L. Mach/CH and Best Of Breed Multi Ch. Justbecause aus dem Elbe-Urstromtal

Last week Tuesday, I was confrontated with a heavy pain in the back and never thought that I was going to be able to show on Saturday, in Mechelen. However, thanks to 1000 mg Paracetamol 3 times per day, 3x 600 mg Ibuprofen and a terrific physiotherapist, I managed. Only the running on the stubble-field, created as show ground, was connected with heavy pain. The Czech Mr. Kanas had only 4 Bobtails for judging, 1 Male and 3 bitches. one of these was our own “Niki” Aryakas Niki Elbestromtal“. Niki is just 2 years old and in a beautiful condition. This was also the opinion of Mr. Kanas and he made her Best Of Breed with CACIB and CAC. Later that afternoon, she got selected amongst the last 6 in FCI Group 1, where the judging was done by Mrs. de Ridder from Belgium. Seen the fact that I was alone at this show, I had no possibility to take pictures. The other competitors had their camera’s with them, but unfortunately didn’t take any pictures……

In Posusje, Bosnia, Ch. Lafayette aus dem Elbe-Urstromtal became BEST IN SHOW. Last weekend a double CACIB Show was held and during both days, “Tosia” became Best Of Breed. At the 2nd day she won everything and ended as Best Dog of the entire Show. She is owned by Dorota and Pavel Bodzioch from Warsaw/Poland.
