Eindhoven/NL, Luxembourg and Brünn/CZ

What a weekend!!!! Enormous amounts of stress, almost no sleep, but won everything. On Saturday was the show in Eindhoven. Judge for the Old English Sheepdog was Mrs. Runderkamp/NL. In fact we didn’t need anything, but I always go to this Show. With the OES, 12 dogs were entered of which 2 from the UK and one Champion from Slovakia. “King” was in the Champion Class and after he had ran 2 rounds, the judged informed me the he was slightly limping. Such a bad luck! There were 2 possibilities: Leave the ring or get a Very Good. I decided to leave the ring. For this I had been brushing, grooming and washing and within a couple of minutes everything was over.  Afterwards I ran several times with King and asked several people if they could see something. I suspect that he had misstepped or had tightened a muscle wrong. But everything was going to become well! Chris Beirendonk was with her beautiful and young bitch “Koko Chanell aus dem Elbe-Urstromtal” and had entered her in the Youth Class. This class she won and is now a Netherlands Youth Champion. Mrs. Runderkamp had written in her judging report that she have loved to take “Koko” home. But that will not happen anymore, after she had made her Best Bitch and later also Best Of Breed. Chris and I where more than happy. In the Big Ring she was placed on an 8th place.

On the CAC Show of the Pastoral Group in Luxemourg, Maryse Cornelis-Nisot’s “Keenonyou aus dem Elbe-Urstromtal” won V1 and became Luxembourg Youth Champion. As always shown by Johny Kieffer. “Keeyou” is a litter brother from Coco Chanell.

The Vanbossche family was in Brünn/CZ at the two day CACIB Show. On the first day a judge from Danmark should judge the OES. Now it was Mrs. ten Cate from the Netherlands. She thought that “Justbecause aus dem Elbe-Urstromtal” was beautiful and give him the CACIB, CAC and BOS. “Floh” now has fulfilled all conditions for the Title International Champion. On the 2nd day Mrs. P. Morova/CZ judged. “Floh” won the Champion Class, but only became Res-Best Male.
