Brussels/Belgium and Backa Topola/Serbia

We where in Brussels and Mrs. Barbara Müller from Switserland, judged the OES. What a pity, that only 9 OES had been entered, of which 6 males and 3 Bitches in 3 different classes. Since many years, Mrs. Müller is breeding herself. Her Kennel name is “Pennylane” OES. Actually I had expected more OES under a Breed Specialist, who is at the same time Allround judge. It was exciting, because there where 3 completely different types of males in the Champion Class. The male from the Open Class was also a dreaded competitor. Johny Kieffer, stood in the Intermediate Class with “Keen on you aus dem Elbe-Urstromtal” and had the beautiful male “Law of Love How To Fall in Love”, as and opponent. Last is a son of our “Ch. Giv’m to me aus dem Elbe-Urstromtal”. The victory went to “Keen On You”, with CAC. At this Show in Brussels, every Class can earn a CAC. Normally there is on 1 CAC to gain, namely for the Best Male and Best Bitch. The Open Class male was alone in his Class. And as said, in the Champion Class there where 3 complete different types of males, of which “Jarco of Snowbootbears”, a son of our Ch. Excalibur aus dem Elbe-Urstromtal, was the oldest with his 3,5 years. “King” could convince Mrs. Müller of his qualities and became Best Male. Later against the Bitches, he became Best Of Breed and Belgian Winner. In the Big Ring he was selected under the last 6 of Group 1, by the Danish judge Mr. Christiansen. Only 3 where placed.

The decision for Best Male: Keen on you aus dem Elbe-Urstromtal (Intermediate Class), Zottels Valentino with Almark (Open Class and Res-Best Male) and Kingsize aus dem Elbe-Urstromtal (Champion Class).

the Bitches Intermediate Class: Grace Kelly of Mary People and Open Class Youandi Tiramisu, both where alone.

It was a very cheerful crowd and almost all exhibitors where satisfied. Most of us know Mrs. Müller for many years and we could convince her to make a Group Picture with us. However, we wanted something special: Mrs. Müller had to lay down in front of the dogs on the red carpet. “I will do that” she said spontaneously, but only if all exhibitors and their dogs come back in to the ring. With the exception of two of them, they had to show other dogs in another Hall, they where all there. And whoop, there she laid down on the floor, but had to do some gymnastic exercises first.

afterwards a fun-picture was made. Babs this was crazy and we all have had lots of fun. This makes showing pleasant.

“King” thought, if my judge is laying down on the floor, I will join her.

In Backa Topola, this is in Serbia, was a Show. The Bodzioch Family had traveled to here, all the way from Poland to show their “Lafayette aus dem Elbe-Urstromtal” with lots of success. Under the Serbian Judge, Mr. A. Slavoljab, she became Best Junior and afterwards in the Big Ring, Best Junior in Group 1. From now on she is entitled to carry the Title of Serbian Youth Champion. Congratulations with this wonderful success.
