Shows May 2019

May will be a very busy show month. I am on my own every weekend on the road to collect points for my 3 girls.

“Otto” continues to have great successes in England and is currently being shown by his owner Martin Palmer while Debby is doing the coaching

” Otto” was also successful in Scotland. At the SKC on 18-5-2019 he won Best Puppy and was among the last of the best in the pastoral Group.

“Otto’s” last show in May was Bath / GB on 25-5-19. In the morning it was the CC show with judge Mrs. Rose Hastings from Ireland. In the afternoon, the CC Club Show of the South Western OES Club. Both times “Red Devil aus dem Elbe-Urstromtal” Best Puppy

In the Czech Republic, the litter sister to  my “Sonja”  is exhibited. In April, she was the  winner of youth class in Prague and also on the special show in Konopiste.

Also on the show in Konopiste “Q’Mona Lisa from the Elbe-Urstromtal” was shown, she is a sibling to my “Sidney” and won 3rd in Open Class. I think she looks great in the photo. Martin, the partner of Denisa Stejeskova is showing her very nice.

04-05-2019 Gent/Belgium  “Queensize aus dem Elbe-Urstromtal”  CACIB, CAC, Best of Breed and 3rd in Group 1.  Judge for the breed was the  Slovakian  Mrs.  Vojtekova. A nice end to this long day was the 3rd place in Group 1, Judge was Mr. Henson / Ireland.

Champion number 154 in my success story is “Q’Anna Anka aus dem  Elbe-Urstromtal”, 20 months old and now LUXEMBOURG CHAMPION. On Sunday the 12-5-19. Finally there was the Int-Show in Luxemburg on the Kirchberg. That means at 4.15 in Arlon in the hotel out of bed. Go outside with Anna and Sidney to get their morning toilet done. Then make myself presentable. With older age it takes more and more …. 5.45 Abfahr, 30 minutes driving time to be at 6.30 at the halls. At 7 o’clock doors open. At 10h judges start and at 11.30h we finally got our turn. There were only 8 OES registered for Paul Jentgen from Luxembourg. 2 males and 6 females. 1 youth class, 1 champion class, 1 intermediate class and 3 females in the open class. Out of those 3 was a champion bitch who stood here as a spoilsport to compete with Sidney. Unfortunately, she managed to win, that was the first time in the last 6 months! No matter if you have fun with it. …Anyway, “Anna” has thwarted her and was Best Bitch, so we had even more fun

Girlspower: Anna and Sidney

European Winner Show in Dortmund on 18.5.2019. “Sidney” wins the open class with CAC and VDH-SA. Judge was the Frenchwoman Mrs. Desserne. “Sidney” was one of the very few who were not brown / black. From the coat color of the 36 registered OES on this show was the majority black/Brown. The breed standard says very clearly that BROWN is forbidden …..

On 25.5. we went with “Sonja” to Hertogenbosch / NL. There were 8 OES entered  for the Irish Mrs. C. Mulcahy. 2 males and 6 females, 3 of them in the youth class, all other dogs were alone in their classes. Sonja was the youngest with 10 months and 20 days. “Sonja” moved like a young god, the judge was thrilled. Sonja won the youth class and became BEST BITCH against the open and intermediate class bitch.

On 26.5.19 Gesa Milde won at the CACIB Show in Neumünster / GER with her Ch. “Pulverfass aus dem Elbe-Urstromtal” Best of Breed, Judge was Mrs. Nölke / GER with this ticket  “Uffe” has all conditions for the German and VDH champion fulfilled.

In  Kolbäcke / Sweden Multi Ch. Kingsize aus dem  Elbe-Urstromtal Bes. Amilia Helin / Sweden won  Best Veteran in Breed and 3rd Best Veteran in Show. Judge was Mr. G. Jipping / NL.

This photo shows the quality of my breeding. The 3 best males on this show all had more than 50% Elbe -Urstromtal in the pedigree.

1.Best of breed Ch. Zottel’s fly me to the moon has as father Multi Ch. Eldorado from the Elbe-Urstromtal

2nd male Ch. Riverwalleys Leffe Baronid is a child of my 150th Champion “Kirschcake aus dem Elbe-Urstromtal”. His sire Ch. Macoes Barcardi is bred from Elbe-Urstomtal

3. Male of the 8-year-old Multi Ch. King from the Elbe-Urstromtal.
