Exhibitions in March 2026

Unfortunately, the lovely show in Weelde, Belgium, has been cancelled due to a lack of entries. We had entered Martina Weissmann’s “Tilly” for the judge, Ms Klein from Romania. This is, regrettably, the trend in Belgium, as one can become a Belgian Champion in a single weekend in Brussels. Without the show in Brussels, CAC wins at other Belgian shows are of no use whatsoever. This is the death knell for all the other wonderful Belgian shows.

However, in Lithuania and Latvia we have two dedicated exhibitors. The male ‘Y’Limmerick aus dem Elbe-Urstromtal’ owned by G. Vaidas was at the show in Riga on 15 March 2026. He won his third Junior CAC there and is now a Junior Champion. He was also awarded Best Male

On 29 March 2026, two national dog shows were held in Plunge, Lithuania. Ms V. Matuseviciene enjoyed great success on both days with her dog “Y’Lumumba aus dem Elbe Urstromtal”. She won Best of Breed twice and has now been awarded the title of Junior Champion of Lithuania. The judges were: Ms R. Petkeviciene (LT) and Ms H. Jokisilta from Finland.
